Shipping Policy
- Orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days after confirmation.
- Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and the courier service.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible before dispatch.
- Nano Drops is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Returns Policy
Due to the nature of personal care and cosmetic products,
all sales are final unless the item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
For hygiene and safety reasons,
opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded, including when the reason is personal preference.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To keep things fair and transparent for both sides, please record a clear, continuous video when you open your parcel for the first time. The video must:
- Begin with the parcel sealed and unopened
- Clearly show the shipping label
- Capture the entire unboxing without cuts or edits
- Clearly show the product and its condition
This video is the only evidence accepted for claims about damage, defects, leakage, missing items, or incorrect products.
Eligibility for Returns or Replacements
A return, replacement, or refund will only be considered if
all of the following apply:
- Your unboxing video meets the requirements above
- The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery
- The product is shown to be damaged, defective, or incorrect on arrival
If a valid unboxing video is not provided, or the video does not clearly show the sealed parcel and the product’s condition, the claim cannot be accepted.
How to Make a Claim
Email us at
info@thenanodrops.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, a short description of the issue, and your unboxing video (or a link to it). Our team will review it and get back to you.
